Two alternative shortsleeved uniforms for the cops in Empire Bay

The cops will now wear one of two new uniforms, both shortsleeved and with an actual holster. One comes with a light and the other one with a dark They are heavily inspired by old NYPD uniforms. It is actually a model swap and recolor of the security guard NPC used in some missions.
Installation: just extract the zip file, open it and than copy the pc folder over to your mafia 2 game directory. If it asks you to replace anything, say yes.
If you load up the game with the mod installed for the first time, sometimes all cars and other NPCs wont spawn in. I don't know why this happens, but it is usally fixed by restarting the game. If you are a modder who knows what causes this, please let me know.

Also make sure to only install the mod after chapter 6 unless you want the cops to freeze to death I guess.
