This mod increases the drop chance of items from enemies by 99% using the cutpurse cape.

Summary
This mod boosts the item drop rate from enemies by 99%. To activate this effect, you must equip the Cutpurse Cape. To simplify obtaining the cape, I've modified a quest so that it is awarded to the player upon completing the tutorial. After defeating the big wolf and watching the cutscene, the cape will be granted as a reward.
Note - If you are not wanting to start a new game, you can purchase the cape at the vendor near the Traveler's Camp waypoint on the way to drakkeden citadel. Thank you to curiealll and TheMysticXXL for pointing this out.
Installation
Once downloaded, unzip the folder and copy the contents into this directory,
