Mods are now working as before so here is the updated tutorial:
just make folder in this directory C:\(the game folder you can get from steam or epic games)\MarvelRivalsjKtnW\MarvelGame\Marvel\Content\Paks
here make folder callled: ~mods and paste it there.

The new patch broke luna's ult so here is easy fix
go to this folder: C:\your game folder\MarvelRivalsjKtnW\MarvelGame\Marvel\Content\Paks find those 3 files:
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1573788_P
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1599834_P
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1626869_P
REMOVE THE UNDERSCORE AND THE P so it looks like this:
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1573788
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1599834
Patch_-Windows_1.1.1626869
EVERY PATCH ADDS ANOTHER PATCH WINDOWS so rename them removing the_P
