Directions without a Mod Manager:

First, navigate to this file directory:
(Drive you have Rivals in) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > MarvelRivals > MarvelGame > Marvel > Content > Paks
Next, scroll to the very bottom of this folder. You should see two .pak files both starting with "Patch_-Windows". Each of these should end in "_P" that you need to remove from their name.
Now, once you've finished, right click to the side and create a new folder named "~mods"

Now that the preliminary steps to enable mods are done, download the zip file attached to this post
Double-click the downloaded folder you should see another folder with the name of your mod (ex. "Iron Man Noises"). Double click that folder and you should now just see a .pak file with your mod's name.
Once you've got this, you should still be in this directory you were in before:
(Drive you have Rivals in) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > MarvelRivals > MarvelGame > Marvel > Content > Paks
Open your newly created ~mods folder and drag your .pak file into it
