This is not a custom Miles Morales model, but a simple recolor of the default Spider-Man skin provided by the base game. This does not include audio or model changes, just the retexture itself.
Navigate to your installation folder and find Marvel\Content\Paks and create and folder inside Paks named ~mods
Extract the .zip file into this mods folder.
