I think the enemies could use a bit more HP to prevent killing them all the first turn. I just given a little bump to HP as follows.
Heroic 3 - 75% HP to 90% HP Ultimate 1 - 87.5% HP to 105% HP Ultimate 2 - 100% HP to 115% HP Ultimate 3 - 125% HP to 135% HP
I added an optional file that further increases enemy HP, but keeps their damage bonus the same. I did this because I enjoyed the early gameplay of killing the minions and damaging the other enemies before ending my turn and having to take some hits. As the difficulty increases the gameplay devolves into having to kill all of the enemy team in one turn, or else they kill you. With this optional mod your heroes still die in 3-4 hits but it's also much harder to kill the enemy in one turn. This makes tank classes, block, healing, weakness, and taunt more valuable.
