Spider-Verse(tm) inspired ReShade.
Plenty of ChromAbb., added Colour, paper texturing.
Add files to your Spider-Man 2 install folder and run the latest version of ReShade, select Spider-Man 2.exe and select the appropriate .ini. Accept settings or download any/all ReShade packages.

To Edit the ReShade to your own liking, activate your ReShade overlay (should be the "Home" key)
Toggle performance mode off, so the 'Tick' is not present.
Edit "Technicolor_2" to change the tone.
Otherwise do what you wish.
Within the .7z you download are 2 Bonus presets,
"Electric Bluegaloo" for a 'Vanilla-Esque' visual palette with boosted colour
"The Maytricks" a heavy green filter to go along with any Matrix themed super skulduggery.
