Can someone figure out how to enable vanilla perch animation, for some reason it gets replaced with a bit weird one.

    It's not the animation. The vanilla models use "corrective shapekeys" to not have the model deform so much in certain animations. The model tools don't extract those corrective shapekeys, leaving a model that's been edited to not keep its shape.
