About this image

before continuing to work on emma stone's head I thought I'd see how the modding part works,
just trying to change the meshes of the head with mine for now (the very first base ver., not the current one I'm working on).

as with any other mod, I assigned kinship to the armor, copied the weight paint (also tried the renaming to "10" which they say is the ID for the head material, but that doesn't change anything). I try in game and the textures are all out of order (using head with my material), I try again but using that of the original head as material, and the result is like in the screenshot...
even if the face is visible, the problem remains on the rest of the body, despite having double checked their UV maps and they are as they were ...
as texture I only tried the head_c (_color / _diffuse)

any idea about the problem?

So basically. This is a mod that replaces the Advanced suit head with another person's head. So if his suit remains the same texture and the head texture is your character's texture. You would have to go into blender and apply the default textures to his suit first, so it matches up like in the game. Then apply the texture to the head.  Combine your meshes into a single mesh. Then you would create an "atlas" and it would have her head texture and spiderman's texture on the same texture map (use automatic sizing). Replace spiderman_head_c with that Atlas texture. and it should work. If you see the textures are screwed up in blender. Separate the parts of the mesh first into material groups. Then go to the tab with the UVmap name, and name them all the same name.
