Fixes for gamma and incorrect behavior of UI brightness slider when HDR is enabled

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Spider-Man: Remastered's PC port has broken HDR
- In the HDR code they use a gamma value of ~1.9 to linearize the scene before converting to BT.2020 and encoding in PQ. This results in a washed out look lacking in contrast, both in shadows and highlights
- The paper white slider is meant to be a UI brightness slider but the incorrect gamma value breaks its scaling relative to the game scene, which results in the game scene also becoming slightly brighter or darker depending on the value

- Setting the gamma value to 2.35 fixes the UI brightness slider being broken and also makes the image look like how it does on console, so despite the value seeming arbitrary, it seems to be how the game's HDR was intended to look
