I was reading through the comment section of Ellise's mod and saw alot of people complaining about the eyebrows. But had this eyebrow tpf from Kani Hime  found on their tumblr ( http://heleuss.tumblr.com/post/156130915279/giantmudcrab-hello-its-me-after-a-much). They managed to successfully replace the eyebrows so that all i had to do was run them into MEM again after implementing Ellise's beautifull texture overhaul. Now i have not checked yet if these also influence the other characters but in this i go by the motto of the old song "I don't care what you do to them, just be good to me" meaning the eyebrows on npc's and such bothers me none too much. I just wanted the eyebrows i had before for my sheps.

So on the left we have the untouched ellise overhaul, on the right we have the ellise overhaul with the eyebrow tpf from KH. Same eyebrows.
