I added the stubble to Scott and Reyes, edited their complexions and applied deshine. One of Scott's vanilla face texture is in 1K. I AI-upscaled it to 4K.
A custom male Ryder and some NPCs share the face textures with Reyes, so their faces would be affected too. The stubble is not tintable, however, when you make a custom male Ryder.
