With this mod researching weapons and armor no longer requires a minimum player level.
Loot and enemy drops remain unaffected. Blueprints that unlock on level up (Mattock, ...) will also only unlock on their normal level. This is because their unlock is tied to the loot level list.
If you want to change that, get Frosty Editor and go to game\items\general; min and max are the loot table levels, the others are the research levels.
