Reduces all research projects (not augments) to about 20-25% of the original cost.
As I played through the game I think I maxed out maybe 2-3 weapons per tree; this aims to fix that.
This means as a Pathfinder you can experiment with loadouts and differing profiles mid-game instead of waiting on your Xth playthrough.
I've changed the research costs to fit the following intervals:

- to X = 225 ( 0+ 5) to V = 50 armor piece common
- to X = 275 ( 5+ 5) to V = 75 armor piece rare
- to X = 325 (10+ 5) to V = 100 armor chest common -- heleus helmet -- common weapon
- to X = 375 (15+ 5) to V = 125 armor chest rare
- to X = 425 (20+ 5) to V = 150 -- rare weapon
- to X = 475 (25+ 5) to V = 175 --
- to X = 650 (20+10) to V = 200 -- UR weapon
- to X = 700 (25+10) to V = 225 --
- to X = 925 (25+15) to V = 275 --
- to X = 1150 (25+20) to V = 325 -- heleus body
