There are already similar mods, but I felt like they were not really well balanced.
I have also included a description of the passive effects, as it is often not clear what they do exactly. For example, the Tech Armor of the Sentinel does not reduce damage that gets past the shields, it simply gives 30 Damage Reduction, applying both to shields and health (without this mod).
There is also an optional mod file that allows the Sentinel to use Biotic Dash/Jumps instead of the jetpack.

Soldier

Combat Drone:
Passive Effect:

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the description, so it still says cooldown reduction.
Drone Attack:
Stuns for 2s, 350 damage (Vanilla: 150), 1.5x dmg vs shields, 7m radius. Damage scales with Construct Damage and Tech Damage.
Drone is disabled for 10s after the attack.
Sentinel
+ 15/21/27/33/39/45 % All Combo Damage

Addons
There are some smaller addons available. If you want to use them put them below the main mod in the mod manager.
- Biotic Dash for Sentinel - The Sentinel now uses biotic dash/hover instead of the jump-jet.
- Biotic Blink for Adept/Vanguard - The Adept and Vanguard use Biotic Blink (same as the Explorer) as evades.
- Tech Armor for All Profiles - All Profiles have the Tech Armor visual effect of the Sentinel.
