steve and sam should have custom head meshes. here's one for sam.

VERSION 2:
there is now an option for removing her makeup as well as some tweaks to the head mesh and textures.
To use the Project Variety version, you must have PV installed and the different outfits enabled in PV settings in game menus. If you do not have Project Variety installed you will only have the original head and hair edit.
