Your relationship with Garrus Vakarian will continue! He will not forget you two are in love and will continue to flirt, call you pet names, and give you kisses.
This isn't possible with trilogy save editor, due to another gender check within the code, and because in base-game Male Shepard cannot romance Garrus, the game remembers this and "fixes" the issue. So romance lines and actions would not play.
With this mod, that should no longer be an issue! No more having to mess around in the save editor.
