I HIGHLY recommend starting a new game plus using ME3 character import because everything is done and all you can do is play Armax Arena or Assault HQ.
Modded after 100% completion to fix bugs for people who wants to change game state. Optimized for people who want to experience the most content Mass Effect has to offer.
For example if you want to play as earthborn or colony or spacer the respective side quests has been marked as finished.

Shepard has unique dance style because he danced with Asari during Samara Loyalty
Legion has unique dialogue in me3 because he was taken to Tali Loyalty
Tali has unique dialogue because she went in the vents during suicide mission
