Kelly Returns is a mod that allows Kelly Chambers to return to the Normandy as a full time crew member during the events of Mass Effect 3.

Kelly Returns whose goal is to expand Kelly's role in the story of Mass Effect 3. It does so by doing the following.
Recruit Kelly: Shepard now has the option to recruit Kelly as a crew member at the refugee docks. Refusing to recruit her will advance her story like normal. Once recurited, Kelly will become a War Asset and have an office that is situated on the Normandy. How Kelly and her PTSD is dealt with will be addressed if you talk to her.
New Conversations: Shepard will be able to have full conversations with Kelly on the Normandy. Conversations include hearing Kelly's reaction to each mission and how Kelly joined Cerberus in the first place (restored from the beta script.)
Romance Overhaul:Unlike in the base game, Kelly is treated as a true romance. Romancing her will unlock the Paramour achievement. Her romance now follows the standard rules, meaning that if you romance her, it will lock you out of other romances, and if you romance someone else, it will lock you out of hers. She will also get a full romance scene prior to Priority: Cronos Station
Citadel DLC: Kelly fully participates in Citadel DLC. If not romanced, there will be an email explaning why she is absent during the story part of the DLC. If she is romanced, she takes Traynor's place during the story. Post mission, she now has a hangout event in the Silversun Strip and is a full particapent in the party.
Settings Menu Options: Kelly now has new outfits and a new hairstyle that can be turned on in settings menu.
This mod uses AI voice cloning. Please do not install this mod if that concerns you. This mod follows Nexus policy on the use of AI created works.
Installation/Requirements
This mod requires the LE3 Community Patch and Framework.
ME3Tweaks Mod Manager is required to install this mod. Manual installation is not supported.
This mod requires the English version of the game to be active. It is not
compatible with the French, German, or Italian versions of the game.
This mod need to be installed before you meet Kelly at the refugee docks. It will not work otherwise.
