Lollia, also called SkyrimSplicer, is a dedicated audio splicer of both music and dialogue.
She is primarily into mod creation for the Legendary Edition of Skyrim, but also creates mods (albeit mostly unreleased) for Fallout 3 (her favourite), Fallout 4, and Fallout New Vegas.

Ongoing Unreleased Projects:
Denizens of Holds Forgotten - Town and Dialogue Expansion: (Successor to Denizens of Morthal, it is the greatly transformed version of what was formerly known as Denizens of Hjaalmarch. It embraces the holds of the Pale, Winterhold, Hjaalmarch and Falkreath.)
Kindred Spirits - Character and Dialogue Expansion: (Both progenitor and successor to Denizens of Holds Forgotten. Depending on how DoHF turns out, Kindred Spirits may take a similar approach to how it handles world-space edits.)

Fare Thee Well - Spouses and Children Give Blessings: (Massive update in the works; it is extremely anxiety-inducing to untangle, but it's slowing coming together.)
Heart-To-Heart - Conversations Among Family: (Still growing, coverage of the rest of the default spouse voice types is its top priority.)
Colourful Combustibles - New Nuka Grenade Recipes with Epic Explosions: (Marching enthusiastically towards its goal of creating new fire colours for every single Nuka Mix in Fallout 4.)

Important Info: Lollia's computer is OLD. If it could actually grow one, it would have a majestic long white beard.
For Skyrim, Lollia plays and creates her mods on the Legendary Edition. For Fallout 4, her mods are created on "Old Gen". All of her work is SKSE and F4SE-free, so on that point you may rest easy.
