This mod is similar to the Pollution Solution Mod, except it adds a 0 Point custom perk that allows access to the Pollution Solution structure. This structure can be built by any colony of yours and it counters 25,000 points of pollution. Perfect for those high-production mod builds.

This mod uses the Custom Race Perks to allow access to the "Pollution Solution" building. This building has no pre-requisites, no upkeep, and costs 1 unit of production. It eliminates planetary pollution on the planet it is built on.
