Adds 3 "New" Races to play in MoO: CTS with some lifted restrictions and added tech.

Version: 2

Purpose: 

1.) Adds 3 "new" races to play!
2.) Adds back the colony pollution clean-up production item using files from "Project Clean-Up" Mod.
3.) Fixes the Bomb Ketch, Ironclad, Gunship, Battlecruiser, and Dreadnaught images in the Production Menu using files from the 5X DSMP Mod.
4.) Allows the "new" races different ship and Doom Star designs through the tech tree!
5.) Allows all races to research every ship design in their respective tech tree.
6.) Allows unlimited Doom Star Construction!
7.) Adds "Atmospheric Transfusion" technology to terraform Toxic planets into Swamp planets!
8.) Fixes the starting racial baises for the "new" races. 
9.) Version 1 is Obselete!!!

Prerequisites:

1.) 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
2.) Unofficial Code Patch
3.) 5X UCP Compatability Mod 

Installation via Steam Workshop:

1.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\workshop\content\298050\2268327299
--- If you already have version 1 of this mod, just follow steps 5 - 11. ---
2.) Go into the "racial_traits" folder in this mod, select all the image files and copy them.
3.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\racial_traits
4.) Paste the image files you copied into the above folder.
5.) Go into the "races" folder in this mod, select all the files and copy them.
6.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\races
7.) Paste the files you copied into the above folder.
8.) Go into the "ships" folder in this mod, select all the files and copy them.
9.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\ships
10.) Paste the files you copied into the above folder and overwrite the previous items.
11.) All set!

Installation:
1.) Uncompress the file into your <UserFolder>\Documents\Master of Orion\Mods\
--- If you already have version 1 of this mod, just follow steps 5 - 11. ---
2.) Go into the "racial_traits" folder in this mod, select all the image files and copy them.
3.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\racial_traits
4.) Paste the image files you copied into the above folder.
5.) Go into the "races" folder in this mod, select all the files and copy them.
6.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\races
7.) Paste the files you copied into the above folder.
8.) Go into the "ships" folder in this mod, select all the files and copy them.
9.) Follow your directory for Steam to \steamapps\common\Master of Orion\MasterOfOrion_Data\StreamingAssets\assets\ships
10.) Paste the files you copied into the above folder and overwrite the previous items.
11.) All set!

Patch Notes and known bugs:

1.) To play the mod, make sure your Mods in the Mod menu are in the following order:
    - 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
    - Unofficial Code Patch
    - Unofficial Code Patch Steam Workshop
    - 5X UCP Compatability Mod
    - Mike's New Races Mod v2 
2.) In the Single Player/New Game menu; the Kevonian and Rustinite races, when trying to select them in single player, go off of the screen. They can still be selected.
3.) In the Single Player/New Game menu; the audio may continue for another race even after you select one of the new races. Press next and just reselect the desired race.  
4.) In the Single Player/New Game menu; the menu may load a new race first and no leader will appear. Press next and just reselect the desired race.
5.) After starting a game in single player, give the game no more than 5 minutes to load unless you are loading a Massive galaxy or larger. If it doesn't load, you may have to Ctrl, Alt, Delete out.   
6.) The audio and diplomacy for the three races will be the original race, but the written text will reflect the new races as follows:
    - Terran Khanate = Mikadon Dominion
    - Darlok Cabal = Kevonian Collective
    - Sakkra Brood = Rustinite Republic
7.) Racial Bias changes are now as follows:
        - Darlok w/ Kevonian = Unease
- Humans w/ Mikadon = Restless
- Kevonian w/ Darlok = Unease
- Kevonian w/ Meklar = Relaxed
- Kevonian w/ Mikadon = Relaxed
- Kevonian w/ Rustinite = Relaxed
- Meklar w/ Kevonian = Relaxed
- Mikadon w/ Humans = Restless
        - Mikadon w/ Kevoninan = Relaxed
- Mikadon w/ Mrrshan = Relaxed
- Mikadon w/ Rustinite = Relaxed
- Mikadon w/ Terran = Unease
- Mrrshan w/ Mikadon = Relaxed
- Rustinite w/ Humans = Relaxed
- Rustinite w/ Kevonian = Relaxed
- Rustinite w/ Mikadon = Relaxed

8.) The different ship designs works for moving across the galaxy, Production Menu, and the Ship Bluebrint Menu. Unfortunately, the original race ship artwork will appear or nothing will appear in the Ship Blueprint 
Tactical Screen and in Single Player Tactical for those alternate art options. Still works great for Multiplayer though!
9.) To acquire the alternate ship designs, you must select a "new" race. Then, you will research them in your tech tree after you have researched the appropriate nodes. Don't worry, should be able to research them quickly.
10.) When advancing through the tech tree, it will still ask you to select a hull type. The game will still give you both hulls for that tech node. The same thing will happen at Trans-genetics for the Gaia Transformation,
Volcanic Cooling, and Atmospheric Transfusion. 

History:
   My Dad used to play Master of Orion 2 when I was a lot younger. He introduced the game to me and my brother when we were teenagers and we loved it! 
One of the best parts was how completely customizable it was! So when I couldn't name my own race in this new MoO, I was disappointed. I created this mod 
to see if I could recreate the old races we used to play as actual playable races, and so far so good! Pretty new to modding so as I become more experienced, 
I will try to flush out the bugs.

Race Descriptions and Traits:

***Traits were based on the 20 point system from the 5X-UBM, UCP, and 5X-CPCM.***

1.) Mikadon Dominion
    - War-hardened, Determined, Ruthless
    - Home System: Mika
    - "When civil war pushed humanity to the brink of extinction, the Mikadon were forged. Ages of combat and chaos hardened the Mikadons, forcing them to create a rigid rank structure enforced by the fear of their superiors. The General of this martial regime government prefers the title 'Emperor'. His reign is supreme and absolute to the Mikadon, thus diplomacy is typically not their way. After decades of turning their refuge in the Mika system into an industrial military complex, the Mikadon Dominion works to spread its perceived superiority and to unite all of humanity under their banner in the galaxy."

*Authoritarian: Starting Research Government (2), +25% Production from Population (7), -25% Credits from Population (-8)
 - This race has a government that focuses on maintaining power and control. Governmental rule is absolute and those who don't abide will be made an example.
*Colonizers: Starting Research Engineering (1), +20% Growth From Population (7), Starting Technology Jump Gate (5), Small Homeworld (-2)
 - This race understood it had an over-abundance of people for their homeworld and worked quickly to develop Jump Gates for their ever expanding population.
*Skeptical: +15% Security (2), Worsened Negotiations (-1), Worsened Disposition (-1)
 - This race has a general mistrust of other races. Diplomatic deals are not conducive, because there is always some alterior motive.
*Ship Recyclers: Ship Auto Repair (3), +10% Morale (5), -15% Command Points (-2)
 - This race is resourceful, making use of spare parts to keep the old ships running as long as possible before trying to build new ships.
*Lucky (2)
 - These fortunate beings must have saved up a huge chunk of karma from a previous life. Negative events never seem to find them and, as luck would have it, they get 
attacked less frequently by outside forces.

2.) Kevonian Collective
    - Inter-connected, Altruistic, Cunning
    - Home System: Kevolonia
   - "After centuries of secret genetic engineering projects, the Kevonian emerge from the depths completely disposed of individuality to be connected to their central telepathic network. Their Prime Speaker, or King, is simply a vessel to which the voice of all Kevonian can be heard. However, the Kevonian have an insatiable hunger for information and the need for intellect absorption is ever-present in the expanse of their consciousness as they strive to understand the universe. Reaching out from the Kevolonia System, the Kevonian Collective prepares for new minds to be integrated. Resistance is futile."

*Coalescence: Starting Research Government (2), Starting Research Biology (2), Unwavering Morale (15) 
  -This race has a group-consciousness. All beings in this race are connected to a singular telepathic network that is in constant communication and governance within itself;
allowing no dissent, but providing all of the comfort of racial memory.
*Shapeshifters: -30% Mission Risk (4), +15% Security (2)
 - By changing their form, this race can pretend to be almost anything they want, making it easier for them to recognize outsiders and infiltrate other societies.
*Mesmerizers: Mind Control (5), +50% Spy Experience Bonus (2), Improved Negotiations (2), Improved Disposition (1), -30% Ground Troop Bonus (-1)
This race has an enhanced psychic projection, making them able to incept their thoughts into others. This allows them to seem more convincing and makes other races more 
malleable for assimilation.
*Obsessive: +30% Research from Population (6), -20% Food Produced by Population (-9), -25% Credits from Population (-8)
 - This race focuses heavily to improving their ideas and advancing their intellect, but at the cost of their own physical well-being.
*Large Homeworld (2)
 - This race's homeworld is large. It supports a bigger population than normal planets.
*-15% Command Points (-2)
 - This race has slightly less command points than normal.

3.) Rustinite Republic
    - Diplomatic, Honorable, Headstrong
    - Home System: Rustifar
    - “For-going their primal ways, the Rustinites have worked hard to develop a society rich with freedom and productivity. They believe whole-heartedly that capitalism and free commerce are the building blocks to a successful government. A stark contrast to their Sakkra cousins, Rustinites elect a President to represent their vision for a promising future and trust that their President will be true to their word. Now opening up their horizons to space, the Rustinite mission has become to seek out new life and bring the galaxy together through diplomacy and understanding. Hailing from the Rustifar System, the Rustinite Republic aims to give democracy to all the galaxy.”

*Plains Dweller: Grassland Uber Planet (6), Arid Homeworld (-3)
 - This race lives to worship the sun and roam free in the open spaces of grass and fields, moving from one oasis to another to take in shade and water.
*Survivalist: Starting Research Biology (2), +50% Production from Population (14), -20% Growth from Population (-9)
 - Survivalists make the best of their environment. They concentrate research on planetology and construction, while prioritizing preservation and conservation.
*Capitalist: Starting Research Government (2), +50% Trade Good Bonus (2), +30% Research from Population(7)
 - This race has a government that focuses on research and development of maximizing both trade and relations.
*Lucky(2)
 - These fortunate beings must have saved up a huge chunk of karma from a previous life. Negative events never seem to find them and, as luck would have it, they get 
attacked less frequently by outside forces.
*-30% Ground Troop Rating (-1)
 - This race has slightly weaker ground troops than normal
*-15% Command Points (-2)
 - This race has slightly less command points than normal.
