v1.3 released: The issue of the camera sometimes not being centered has finally been fixed. Also adds 2 new custom keybinds. One of them, CycleView, has an issue that i haven't been able to fix yet.

Fixed the problem of the camera sometimes not being centered at mission start, even when the option has been enabled.
Known issue: Some mechs are tall enough to cover the reticle in centered third person. This doesn't affect gameplay, but obviously makes it slightly harder to see what you're shooting at. Will work on this in the future.

Known issues:
Turning off the centered third person option requires the player to reload the mission. Sometimes the mod's changes aren't applied properly until you switch to another mech of your lance. After that it should work for all mechs in your lance though.
Even with the centered camera enabled, some mechs have the third person camera slightly off-center
Update v1.3 is here. Fixed the issue where the camera sometimes wasn't centered for player mech when spawning into a mission. If you encounter any issues, please let me know, but from my testing, this seems to be working. (NOTE: The CycleInput keybind does not work if the CenterThirdPerson Mod Option is disabled at mission start. I thought i found a fix, but i didn't, so this one is gonna take a while unfortunately. But other than the keybind, the mod works well)

Adds an option to toggle a Centered Third Person camera for mechs, it is set to OFF by default. Remember to turn it ON in the Mod Options to enable it. Also adds two new rebindable keybinds: one for toggling the centered camera on and off at the press of a button, and another keybind for cycling between first person, regular third person, and centered third person. These keybinds are unbound by default, so be sure to bind buttons to them in the Controls menu.
Should be compatible with damn near everything, even new mechs ;)
I recommend using a customizable HUD mod that lets you reposition the minimap so that you can see the mech a bit better, but that's not required.
