DYNAMICALLY CHANGE FORMATION IN BATTLE!
Tired of your lance mates getting in the way but don't want to tell them to run off into the woods?
Look no further. Now you can dynamically change what configuration they walk in around you with just the tap of a few buttons.
Want to run an LRM boat? There is a formation for that.
Want to run out front with the big guns and a clear line of site? There is a formation for that.
Want to spam the formation change buttons and cause your mechs to run in circles? There are plenty of formations for that.

330'S FORMATION CHANGER
Formation changer allows you to dynamically change your formation by pressing the F7 Key ( by default) during combat.
Then pressing the corresponding F key for the formation you want.
The Change Formation key can be changed in the settings menu.
ROTHES FORMATIONS
Rothe has created 6 new formations giving you 7 ways to strut into battle.
The 7 formations currently available are:
Y Diamond Formation - Player in the middle
⋅∘⋅⋅ Line Formation - One lance mate to the left and two to the right of the player
⋅ ` . ⋅ Staggered Line Formation - Player in the rear position, the 3rd lance mate to the north west position.
⋅°⋅. Right Wedge Formation - Player in the front, two offset lance mates to the right rear of the player, one to the left
' ⋰ Guard Left Echelon - Player in the rear, two offset lance mates to the Right front of the player, one to the far right
. ⋅ ⋅ . Right Wing Formation - Player in the left position, lance mates fanning out to the right.
.⋅⋅. Tight Wing Formation - Player in the front left position, two offset lance mates to the rear of the player, one to the right
Diamond Formation is the standard PGI formation, and yes we realize it is a Y shape. Not sure why PGI did that.
