About this mod
Allows the player to promote pilots to the next logical rank and increase skill caps. This enables all pilots to eventually become 60/60 pilots but does so without altering the default game mechanics by a significant measure. Also introduces a new Colonel ranking and sorts the barracks pilot roster by rank and name.

- The number of pilot skills required to be maxed in order for the pilot to be eligible for promotion is now configurable.
- A home screen console message appears when a pilot is eligible for promotion.
Features
A pilot becomes eligible for promotion once they have reached the maximum level in a configurable amount of their skill caps. The configurable amount is managed through the RequiredMaxedSkills option (defaults to 6). Pilots can be promoted by clicking the PROMOTE PILOT button in the barracks. When selected, the player has the opportunity to confirm the promotion. Promoted pilots will receive a raise, which is shown as part of the confirmation.
Promotions follow the normal rank progression (Lieutenant → Captain → Major → Colonel). When promoted, each of the skill caps for the pilot will be increased by some amount, which then must be increased to the configurable maxed skills before the pilot is eligible for the next promotion. Majors that do not have an overall combined 60 skill cap will be eligible for an extra promotion at the same rank that will allow them to become 60/60 pilots. Majors that are 60/60 pilots become eligible for promotion to Colonel. Note that only one Colonel is allowed in the player’s roster at a time.
Players are alerted to a pilot's eligibility for promotion through a PILOT MESSAGE button on the home screen console. The message must be acknowledged by the player before future actions (travel, etc.) may proceed. It doesn't require the pilot to actually be promoted, however. That decision is left up to the player.
Another feature is that the pilot roster in the barracks is sorted by rank, then name. So the Commander is listed first, then the Colonel (if one is present), then Majors, Captains, and finally Lieutenants. The pilot listing in the deployment screen has not been modified, so be aware that the roster will likely be jumbled when selecting pilots for a mission.
An EXECUTE PILOT button has been added to the roster screen. Its visibility is controlled by the EnableExecute option (defaults to False). This may be used when simply dismissing a pilot just isn't enough...
Configuration
The configuration options can be edited through the game's Options menu (via Mod Options support) and can also be edited through the PilotPromotion section of the user's Game.ini file:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\MW5Mercs\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.ini
Conflicts
This mod will conflict with other mods that modify the barracks and/or pilot roster interface. For example, this and Pilot Overhaul 330 will not likely work together (though I have not tried).
