Allows MGR to run in Borderless Fullscreen mode. Very useful for people who have multiple monitors
The game will always start up in borderless mode, it may take 1-5 seconds for the screen to go borderless, and the application may stop responding, this does not always happen but does happen occasionally, it has never crashed, however
Press F11 to toggle between borderless and windowed
Note: Fullscreen, windowed, and resolution options in graphics settings will now do nothing, the borderless and window sizes default to your main monitor's resolution
