Replaces Raiden with Niko Bellic from GTA IV

Finished GTA IV for the first time a few days ago, and well Niko has become my favorite GTA protagonist now. So I thought why don't I mod him? hehe. Be aware there will be his classic one liners.
Known Issues:
- Has no mouth movements (I know its been a long time now, I should've figured it out. But hey I will fix that eventually!)
- Hands might clip through the suit sometimes, during cutscenes otherwise won't be visible.
Tell me if he has anymore of them! or if you'd like to see see more characters of choice over Raiden or Sam or anyone in particular.

- SOLDIER 2nd Class Zack Fair (Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII PSP)
- SOLDIER 1st Class Zack Fair (Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII PSP)
- Weiss The Immaculate over Sundowner
- A surprise mod.
- Making my previous mods compatible with that Two Player system mod.
- Jill Warrick from Final Fantasy XVI
- Shinra Infantryman over the generic grunts.
