Replaces the title screen logo with one of your choice (MC, MGS2, MGS2S)

The outdated and low res HD Collection logo haunts us no more as this mod replaces the main menu logo and loading icons of MGS2 MC. I
have included 3 choices, Master Collection, Original, and Substance.
Unfortunately one neat feature that I am unable to add (at least at this
time) is the colored "2" on the main menu, matching either Snake or
Raiden, as this was removed in MGSHD.
Installation: Drag the textures and Misc folders to the root of your MGS2 folder, overwrite
(this will overwrite any HD UI mod so install this last!)
