Restores and fixes multiple bandanna errors once and for all.

This restores and fixes ALL instances of the bandanna in gameplay and cutscenes through out the game to use the intended color at all times which improves consistency. To some it's subtle to others it's as obvious as the splitter camo issue.
To install go to your browse the installation folder, go into: textures\flatlist\_win and drag and drop the files from the RAR into there.
