I'm doing another playthrough and after extracting the russian interpreter I head to the outpost where you disable de coms. After doing so I figured that I didn't started the mission and drag my sorry a*s to the laptop box to do it. For my surprise, when the mission started ocelot warns miller that the coms already has been destroyed and the mission literally end there, obviously I didn't get the mission rated.  Almost 7 years since the game release and I'm still finding new ways to progress through.
