Basically I get rank "restricted items used" but I cant see why.
I didn't use the chopper, or any items/weapons/camo that lowers your grade, nor any air support / weather changing etc. Just rifle, pistol, and blast arm.
I dont get it.

In this case it somehow also managed to give me an S, which should impossible if I was using rank restricting items

    Yeah, I've had this glitch before. What I did to fix it was just complete a mission with pretty basic gear, like original assault rifle, original pistol, normal fatigues. Went away after that.

    Some mods let you have an S rank as one of their components, even with rank restricting items being used, so you probably have one of them installed.

    On the top of my head, Anyone's MGS5 Improvements, The Ultimate Phantom Pain Mod, and probably Infinite Heaven have this option.

      I don't have any mods like that installed though.
      Other than texture mods, the only gameplay changing thing I have is Camo Consistency.

      And I also am not using rank restricting items (as I said). I went through my inventory immediately after and there's nothing that should affect my rank.
