So here is a simple mgs1 snake replacement that replaces it's model with the Ishmael one. One bug is the fps view. Since the bandages and position get in the way it blocks the fps view a good bit. But it works fine for everything else and also includes the guns through stomach bug fix.

So after ages of this being out, a snakebite file has now been made. So if you want an easier option to install and use this. Here you go. Also original post has been deleted as it is really out dated now.
