This is a "tool" of sorts I created while trying to identify the many ambient and player sounds in The Phantom Pain.
As Ravioli is used to scan the soundbanks in MGSV in sequential order and tools like Sound Replacement Tool output files from the soundbanks in sequential order too when packing and unpacking them, I thought I would be able to combine these two things to help identify sounds.
So I have generated a batch of 1077 text-to-speech wav files each saying a number in sequential order from 1 to 1077, as well as a batch of 1 second silence wav files. Then I used some scripting to rename the files to the format that Sound Replacement Tool expects when replacing sounds and repacking the sbp soundbank.
In combination with the Sound Replacement Tool, you can replace any file in any sound bank with either a number or just silence in order to cull out unnecessary sounds when trying to identify things.
