Replaces the female Goblin Swimsuits with Doe774's model with fatigue pants, now coloured!

I always disliked the Goblin shorts, and putting pants on the costume makes it very much look like a naked version of the fatigues; very badass, and great design idea by Doe. Now with the added fova edits, we at least have 12 camos for equivalent Naked Fatigues for female DD soldiers.
I took the gloves off of the original custom model, for my personal taste. If you want them back, you can install my .mgsv and then Doe774's "Wear Some Things" (Female Goblin Suit with Gloves and Pants) after.
