Skips the online sign-on. Any Online-only item can be developed offline when your Development Unit gets to level 30. They cost 100,000 GMP and 50 Precious Metal each.

Infinite Heaven already has this feature. This is a mod for people who want to play offline without the IH overhead. I thought there was another mod that did this, but I couldn't find it when I searched.
