Originally made for a video I couldn't finish. Just recently noticed that the Ocecoat model can be swapped over Snake's head and arms, so why not make this guy playable. No coat rigging because I'm not fully magic yet. Haven't posted anything a while, so why not.
Has hip weapons and (kinda) perfect first person. Replaces the default fatigues. Equip the bandana to take off the glasses.
