Partially replaces the avatar with Hideo Kojima - makes the avatar heads invisible and replaces the first hair option with Hideo Kojima's head, as replacing the heads directly doesn't work. Headgear usually makes everything disappear, so equip a bandana or an eyepatch or nothing at all on the head to avoid all that.
Until a SnakeBite equivalent of Survive gets released (SnakeDite? CaptainBite?), you'll have to drag and drop install this yourself. Just drop the master folder into your game directory. If you already have 00.dat, merge them manually.
