This mod edits the T2 (Or T3) Black Numenorean cloak, removing the cape and keeping the hood.

Description
This mod edits the Black Numenorean cloak, removing the cape and keeping the hood. It also effects the cloak's respective tints (Terror, Dark, Vendetta, Ringwraith) as well as the Nazgul Masks.
Black Num T2 - Replaces the T2 Black Numenorean cloak, this will affect the Nazgul masks and remove their cloaks.
Black Num T3 - Replaces the T3 Black Numenorean cloak, this will not affect the Nazgul masks and will look cleaner.
Elven Elven T3 Cape Remover - Replaces the T3 Elven cloak, removing the cape entirely.
You can use it normally though I made it with the intention of being used with the following mods:
- The Faceless (Physical)
- Nazgul Baranor Helmet (Or any of the Nazgul mask mods)
Thanks to the SOW Modding Discord for their support in making this mod. If you join you'll get access to a bunch of unreleased mods so that's pretty neat.
Installation
1. Install DLL Loader or Mod Loader and Shadow of War Packet Loader
2. Drop the PacketLoader folder into your plugins folder.
3. Set PacketLoader.ini to generate
4. Set PacketLoader.ini to cache after generating signatures
