UPDATE: use this re-upload by Malice_Unarmed that uploaded to Nexus directly and fixed the 2 problematic cutscenes.

I decided to see if I could make the cutscenes 60 FPS, as their 30 FPS version is not smooth at all, like it has frame pacing issues.
This is the process I used in case the download links become dead with time:
Note that each cutscenes folder is shared separately because of this (cannot share a 80 GB file), so you will have to export the files under:
The files are the 4K ones, so you surely need to have the 4K pack already installed to replace them (.vibuhd).
I hope it is not against the rules to use third party hosting, but here are the download links:

- All cutscenes for SoW are in .vib (or .vibuhd for 4K pack) files under the game/video. We can rename them to .bik .
- Then we can download RAD Tools to convert them to .mp4
- Then we can use FlowFrames to do frame interpolation on the mp4 files. I used all default settings (RIFE 4 with RTX 3080).
- You will get new mp4 files at 60FPS. You can use RAD tools to “Bink it!” to convert back to .bik, then manually rename to .vib or .vibuhd depending on the original source.
Note that each cutscenes folder is shared separately because of this (cannot share a 80 GB file), so you will have to export the files under:
- game\cinematics\videos\golden_path: for main campaign, chose the appropriate sub-folder
- game\cinematics\videos\side_missions
- game\cinematics\videos\dlc3
- game\cinematics\videos\dlc4
