This is a simple DLL Loader.
I know there was one available here a while ago, but since the original author got banned and the DLL Loader was removed, I decided to create my own.
This is NOT a replacement for the Middle Earth Mod Loader. It's an alternative for those who don’t want to use ReaperAnon's mods and just need the Packet Loader to work. ReaperAnon's Middle Earth Mod Loader has some DirectX issues that can cause annoying crashes, for example, when you change your window settings.
Those problems won't occur since this DLL Loader doesn't feature an UI.
In addition this DLL Loader doesn't require any file renaming unlike ReaperAnon's Middle Earth Mod Loader.

INSTALLATION

Simply drag and drop the files from the ZIP into the x64 folder, create a plugins folder, and you're good to go.
