Mod that allows you to change the probability of the alternative menu or set it to always show (also fixes alternative menu music when the holiday event is active)

Features:
All configuration is located in `MiSide\BepInEx\config\AlternativeMenuTweaks.cfg` file.
By default, the alternative menu has a 100% chance to be shown.

- Custom alternative menu probability
- Custom glitch effect probability
- Download BepInEx
- Extract all BepInEx files to the MiSide root folder (`steamapps\common\MiSide`)
- Go to `MiSide\BepInEx` and create a `plugins` folder if it doesn't already exist
- Drag the `AlternativeMenuTweaks.dll` file downloaded from the releases into `MiSide\BepInEx\plugins`
