A gothic and demonic Mita, what could be more perfect? The face and hair textures will only apply to the primary Mita, but the costume will show on all variants.
You should be able to drop the extracted folder right into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MiSide\Data\Custom folder, and have it show up in your menu. No other mods or addons are required.
Do not change title; it may cause the game to not read the file properly. Let your computer auto-rename the folder if you already have multiple clothing mods in your Custom folder.
