      I know im not the person you were asking but I hope I could help :) the one on the left is using the new summer top and summer hat dlc along with this mod from NiyaKhalifa, as for the heels I sadly dont know at the moment but it I find it i'll make sure to tell you. Everything from the outfit on the right can be found at atrarch's Summer Festival mod, the ones they are using in specific is the innerwear for the torso, Shellstudded for the waist and im not too sure about the legs but I think its from the same mod, with the summer hat dlc on once again, Hope I could help! :)

      I think I found the heels as well, this is the closest I could find. But they look almost exactly same for the legs

   Capcom should reward you for selling me this DLC xD
