Setup:
- Download the rar and extract it anywhere you want
- Download the latest database file if it's not included with the current program
- You'll need Fluffy Manager 5000 as the converted voice mod is a Fluffy ready mod
- You might also need .NET core 3.1 in order for this program to work (Thanks david21697!)
If you're converting a voice mod, you'll need the .pck file it comes with
If you're converting the built-it voices, you'll need a tool to extract the .pck file from the game's chuck file:
NOTE: It's important to know which is the CORRECT .pck file. See the Directory diagram in the images to know which one to get!
Using the incorrect file will result in a voice mod with no sound!
In General:
The "Input Voice" should be the voice you want
The "Output Voice" should be the voice you're currently using
You can check which voice you're using in-game by going to your Item Box -> Appearance Settings -> Change Appearance -> Voice -> Voice Type
How to Use:
- Load the .pck file with the "Import File" button (The "Overview" should auto-fill the "Input Voice" information)
- Select the voice to convert to with the "Output Voice" options
- Click the "COVERT" button to convert
- A new folder called "Output Voice Mod" should be present. That folder is ready for Fluffy Manager!
Errors:
If you can't start the conversion, then one of these errors may come up
- DB Version: ERROR
- Overview Imported File
- Overview File
As of DB Version 1.00, DLC voices are currently unsupported
You can find more details on the this database from my spreadsheet
Notes:
- There's a "Manual Mode" option in the "Input Voice" section. It lets you assign the information about the "Input Voice". This feature was present in previous Voice Changer but for MHR, there's no point in using it. If an error comes up from using it, I will not cover it
Thanks to:
