The gathering mod nobody asked for, but was made because I was bored. Most gathering is done the bone-style fashion, one at a time, a random number of times. Gathered items pop up like in the old games.

Does:
Force the player to crouch down and search plant gathering spots like in the old games (for new players, think bone pile gathering)
Items are gathered one at a time. (Similar to 3rd gen)
Gathering points can be gathered from anywhere between 2 to 8 times.
By default, only one item is gathered, but occasionally you may get x2 or x3 items.
Mining spots still return large amounts of ore, but can still be gathered from up to 8 times.
Instead of items popping up in the chat menu, they pop up as obnoxious on-screen notifications.
Gathering now takes up to 8x longer, courtesy of me! You're welcome for getting to return to tedious gathering.
Probably a bit buggy, it isn't extensively tested.
Why?
Nostalgia
I only really wanted to make the notification system, but I got a bit carried away
