This is a reshade I've been using on many games, though I often tweak it so it fits the current game I'm playing. I had an issue with black bars popping up on textures but a little tweak solved that, so I feel like it's a good idea to share it with you guys now that it works properly.
To install it's pretty simple, simply get reshade/Gshade first (I use GShade) then drop the .ini file in your game folder where MonsterHunterRise.exe is. Once you're in game and reshade/Gshade has loaded, open the menu and select the file MHRise.Sendo to apply the graphics.
You also want to get REFramework to make sure that the crash issues associated with ReShade/GShade do not happen. (I can speak for myself, it seems to be working.)
Note: On normal brightness it may seem too dark at night, increasing the brightness within the game's display settings help with that, as shown in the pictures above. They are displayed in this order: Brightness 59 > Brightness 53 > No filter. I personally prefer using 59.
