This small program makes it easy to save your backup files by remembering where the files are and where you want to store your backups and by copying and organizing the backups for you.
How to Use: 1 - Select the steam's remote folder where the save files are, path usually looks like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\{YourSteamID}\1277400\remote 2 - Select the folder where you want to store your the Backups, some folder will require admin permissions. An empty folder dedicated to MHS2 backups would be preferable. 3 - Select which naming convention you want for the folder: by date or by number. 4 - Click backup. 5 - Previous selected values will be saved and all future uses will be as simple as opening the program and clicking Backup.
Windows and some Antivirus may recognize this program as malicious for reading and copying files, if you're unsure you can see the source code, download and compile it yourself: https://github.com/Dwyriel/MHS2-Backup-Utility
