Features

  • Skip Alma's tracking: Toggle Alma's tracking to prevent it from following you during hunts or free roam activities. This feature allows you to enjoy your exploration without Alma’s presence. Enabled by default.
  • Skip Alma tracking in camp areas (Caution): Prevents tracking in camp areas. Might affect some story progression. Enabled by default.
  • Skip NPC Support Hunters tracking: Toggle NPC support hunters' tracking so they don't assist you during quests, including both story missions and SOS calls. Enabled by default.
  • Skip NPC Support Hunters tracking in main story quests (Caution): Prevents tracking during main story missions. Might affect the story experience. Disabled by default
  • True Standby Palico: Disable the Palico’s tracking when it is set to standby mode, preventing it from automatically following you during hunts. This feature ensures that your Palico stays out of the way when you don’t want it accompanying you. This feature is disabled whenever you are playing a main story mission. Enabled by default.
  • True Standby Palico in camp areas (Caution): Prevents tracking in camp areas. Might cause some glitches. Enabled by default.
  • Hide Seikret when fishing: Makes Seikret invisible while you are fishing, helping to reduce visual clutter and allow you to focus on the fishing experience. Enabled by default.
  • Hide Seikret when not riding it: This feature prevents Seikret from remaining visible when you're not using it, giving you a clearer view of the surroundings and enhancing the overall gameplay immersion. This feature is disabled whenever you are playing a main story mission. Enabled by default.
  • Hide Seikret in camp areas: Makes invisible the Seikret in base camp and tent areas. Enabled by default.

Notes

  • This mod disables Npc tracking, so it might have an impact in some scenarios, but in story quests it seems this mod does not interfere at all.
  • Standby palico might have strange behaviour in certain scenarios, if you find any issues please post it in the comment section.
  • Latest game version tested: Ver 1.010.01.00

Bugs

  • Fixed in v1.1.1 NPC Support Hunters stays in the camp. Found by googlo. Current Fix: To make them follow you, toggle off the mod.
  • Fixed in v1.2.0 When arriving at a camp, if that was the main mission, it might get stuck and won't change to the next step in the mission e.g. Arrive at base camp > Speak with Alma. Current Fix: To trigger the next mission step, toggle off the mod.
  • Fixed in 1.2.2 (Hopefully) Palico keeps spawning from time to time
  • Fixed in 1.4.1 Game can't finish loading when starting in the middle of a mission walking in group.
  • Fixed in 1.4.2 (Hopefully) In the quest "A First Cry", the objective states "Head to Suja" but when you arrive at the location, nothing happens. There are no quest markers, cut scenes, or interactions available to progress further. Current Fix: Try disabling the mod temporarily.
  • Fixed in 1.4.3 With "True Standby Palico" option enabled, ambulance palicos gets stuck where you died. Current Fix: Go back to base camp or disable the option for a few seconds.

Please report in the comment section if you found any bugs.
