Set enemy spawns in the map to their strongest variant

A mod to make all monster spawns in the environment to be at their strongest variant. This means most monsters will spawn at 5* strength - the rest will spawn at 3* or 4*. No tweaks done on my end to damage or health, they simply spawn at 5* strength.
In-game requirements
For the mod to take effect, you have to be past Hunter Rank 90. Anything before that and it may not spawn full-strength monsters, the monsters should otherwise spawn normally.
How:
After installing, rest at the camp to reset the world spawns. All monsters should be buff now.
Side effects
Reward tables does seem to be linked to monster strength, so installing this mod should get you better (legal) rewards consistently. If you consider that too cheaty, maybe get another difficulty mod.
Multiplayer:
This works in multiplayer just fine, unlike monster damage tweaks. Other users won't need to download the mod. Also works as expected in an Environment Link.
Variants:
There's 4 variants of this mod, for tempered-only and more monsters. I probably won't be adding more. I'll keep the mod updated for the title updates unless someone makes a better version.
Installation:
1. Ensure you have RE Framework installed
2. Enable "Loose File Loader" in RE Framework
3. Extract the .zip into the game's base directory
or:
1. Install Re Framework & Enable Loose File Loader
2. Get Fluffy Mod Manager
3. Drag the .zip file into Fluffy
