Replaces the starter Seikret model (and starter seikret armor) with Thomas the Tank Engine

Recommend using Fluffy Mod Manager for installation
Unzip & insert in Fluffy Mod Manager's mod folder:
Fluffy\Games\MonsterHunterWilds\Mods\ThomasMount.pak
Since this is a pak patch it may be affected by the widely reported AMD GPU incompatibility with pak mods.
I do not have an AMD GPU, so I am unable to test that function.
To Uninstall: Select the mod in Fluffy Manager and use the options within Fluffy to uninstall it.
DO NOT DELETE THE FILES FROM THE FLUFFY FOLDER BEFORE UNINSTALLING THROUGH FLUFFY.
